How is child support and alimony calculated?

There is no fixed percentage applicable to all cases. Family Court Judges determine the support considering two fundamental principles: the needs of the recipient and the economic capacity of the debtor. During the trial, provisional support measures and financial inspections can be requested to determine and, if necessary, adjust the amount and method of payment for the support.
